Week 33: Sick

Well, I know what all of you are thinking: "It's Tuesday and I still haven't received my weekly email from Elder Christensen; I've been looking forward to that all week!"
Basically I got the flu pretty bad. I was throwing up Sunday night all the way until Monday at around 4 pm pretty consistently. The best part about the whole situation is that it all happened over P-Day! Basically I didn't get to go shopping or anything yesterday since I was so sick. Poor Elder Farnsworth has been itching to do things but I've been too sick to move.  Luckily Elder Constantino (one of the other missionaries in Rockwood) is also sick so he's getting dropped off at our apartment so that Elder Breck and Elder Farnsworth can go out and still do missionary work today while the sickies just grovel in pain.
I had an interesting thought as I was at a dinner appointment on Saturday while pouring dressing on my salad.  I have literally never once in my life been able to put the right amount of dressing on my salad. I either put too little or too much and then the salad doesn't taste as good.
Well, that's all I've got for this week. Hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow.  Being sick as a missionary sucks! You can't watch TV or do anything fun.
In conclusion: When your mission President tells you to get a flu shot, you should probably get it, otherwise you get stuck in the apartment all day.
Miss you guys!
Love,
Elder Christensen
